David Bremer has tried to verdict over 40 civil cases and has mediated and arbitrated almost 2,000 matters as lead counsel. He is licensed to practice before all state courts in California and Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, and U.S Courts of Appeals. He has been the managing partner of two large national highly rated firms.

Mr. Bremer has taught business and environmental courses at the college level and served on the the faculty of the Center for Trial and Appellate Advocacy at U.C. Hastings College of the Law. He serves as a judge pro tem and arbitrator throughout the Bay Area.

As a result of his extensive trial success, David was elected to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is designated as a Northern California Super Lawyer, chosen as a Top Rated Lawyer in Construction Law, and is rated AV (highest possible) by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Bremer received his AB degree with History Honors from DePauw University and his LLB from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he earned the McRoberts Memorial Law Scholarship.

In his almost 60 years of civil litigation, David has successfully handled complex environmental, products liability, corporate and real estate matters as well as trade secret and intellectual property litigation. Additionally, he has considerable expertise in construction defect, tenant habitability, commercial litigation, and professional errors and omissions defense.

David is one of the first members of Monty White LLP, where he continues to litigate a wide variety of civil cases and heads up the firm’s legal plan department. He is highly respected in the legal community and provides clients and the firm with an unparalleled breadth of experience.
